Oscar Night parties - hosts needed !!

Hello everyone,

it's that time of the year again - the Oscar nominations have been announced, and the awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, February, 26th.

As is tradition, we'll have Oscar Night parties in the group, because it's much more fun to watch the ceremony with friends and maybe have a little competition as to who guesses the most winners, while noshing on some nice food.

So, this is a call for all of you to consider hosting an Oscar Night party this year. It's really quite easy ... the only thing you need to provide is a TV and maybe a few chairs - we'll be doing the rest potluck style. I will be setting up the events for you and be happy to help with whatever else you might need.



The 4 parties we had last year were a smashing success, and I'm hoping we'll have even more this year!


If you'd like to host an Oscar night party for yourself and fellow group members, please let me know as soon as possible, but no later than February 12.
